CenterOak Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has closed CenterOak Equity Fund III, L.P. on $1.1 billion. The fund hit its hard cap within six months of launch.

The fund's capital was largely committed by existing institutional investors.

The firm invests in business services,industrial services and consumer services.
