The US-based startup ecosystem saw the announcement of a total of 5,932 venture capital (VC) funding deals worth $99 billion during January-October 2023, said a study.

According to GlobalData, VC funding deals volume in the US declined by 40.6% during January-October 2023 compared to the 9,984 VC deals announced during the same period in the previous year.
