Multistrategy investment manager EQT held the final close of its EQT Exeter Industrial Value Fund VI with $4.9 billion in capital raised - making it the third-largest U.S.-focused fund to close this year and exceeding its target of $4 billion.

The global real estate investment managers said in a media release that demand from existing and new investors was strong,
