Altas Partners, a healthcare and life sciences investor, has held the final closing of its third fund, Altas Partners Holdings III, with $4 billion of capital commitments.

The North American private equity investment firm based in Toronto, Canada said in a media release that Fund III closed at its $4 billion target and is one-third larger than Altas' $3 billio
