Tech-focused investment house Integrum has sealed a $1.1bn final close for its target-beating inaugural fund - Integrum Capital Partners.

"This total excludes related co-investment vehicles that provide the fund with the capacity to invest additional capital," said a press release from the New York firm focused on partnering with technology-enabled service compan
