The alternative investments specialist firm Bainbridge Partners has agreed to take over the management of three strategies that previously sat on GAM's Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) platform.

According to a joint press release, Bainbridge is to assume responsibility for a trio of strategies with €80m ($86m) in combined assets.
