Tiedemann Group, Alvarium Investments Limited and Cartesian Growth Corporation have just completed their business combination - which was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of stockholders of Cartesian in November 2022.

The combined company now operates as Alvarium Tiedemann Holdings, Inc., or AlTi, and its Class A common shares and warrants began trading
