Global deal activity was down 7% to a total of 50,115 deals ( during Q1-Q3 2022, compared to the announcement of 53,885 deals during Q1-Q3 2021, as volatile market conditions taking a toll on deal-making sentiments, said a study.

The deals are comprising mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and venture financing deals.
