Clearlake Capital Group, an investment management and private equity firm, has closed its third opportunities fund at more than $2.5 billion, beating its $1.5 billion target.

Clearlake Opportunities Partners III (COP III) will make non-control special situations investments in the technology, industrial, and consumer sectors, said a press release from the investme
