European private equity investor Eurazeo has exceeded its fundraising target for the Eurazeo PME IV Fund by attracting more than €1bn ($1.02bn), 50% more than its previous fund.

The global investment group, with a diversified portfolio of €25.6 billion in assets under management, said in a press release that the partner investors include top-tier institutional in
