New York-based infrastructure investment firm NOVA Infrastructure has raised $565 million for its first midmarket-focused fund - NOVA Infrastructure Fund I.

The value-added, middle-market infrastructure investment firm focused on North America said in a news release that the Fund received commitments from a diverse group of leading North American and global instit
