San Francisco based Acceleprise, an early stage venture firm and accelerator, has closed on two funds and rebranded as Forum Ventures.

Forum's seed fund closed on $13.2 million and is backed by a number of tech luminaries including Eric Yuan, CEO of Zoom; Nick Mehta, CEO of Gainsight; Jen Gran, CEO of Appify and former CMO of Looker; Anthony Kennada, C
