U.S. investment firm focused on digital infrastructure Digital Alpha has raised more than $1 billion for its second fund.

The vehicle - Digital Alpha Fund II LP - will build a portfolio of about a dozen investments. It exceeded its initial hard cap, bringing Digital Alpha's total assets under management to over $1.5 billion, a news release said.
