Global real estate is set to attract about €64.6 billion ($78.9 billion) in investments this year, with European real estate set to gain the lion's share of institutional investor commitments, said a study.

According to the 2021 Investment Intentions survey published today by ANREV, INREV, and PREA, institutional investors plan to invest a minimum of €55.4 bil
