New York-based Graycliff Partners has hit a $350m hard cap for the final close of its fourth mid-market buyout fund - Graycliff Private Equity Partners IV LP (GPEP IV).

Limited partners in the new fund include pension funds, insurance companies, university endowments, fund-of-funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
