Arcline Investment Management has raised $1.5 billion for its debut fund. Arcline is led by former Golden Gate Capital dealmaker Rajeev Amara and launched last year.

Arcline is focused on buyouts in North America. The generalist firm is targeting companies that are valued at up to $1 billion across a variety of industries.
