Greenwich, CT based hedge fund Tradex Global Advisors has announced the acquisition of JCL Capital Partners and launched Tradex Realty Partners, a real estate finance company.

Tradex Realty Partners will acquire senior loans collateralized by institutional quality real estate in well-located, supply constrained markets nationally, said a press release.
