Italian bank Banca Generali has signed a deal to acquire 100% of Italian investment boutique Nextam Partners as part of strengthening the bank's range of services and expertise on asset management and financial advisory.

A press release from Italian bank of Generali Group said: "The deal is part of Banca Generali's wider private-banking growth strategy launch
