Hedge funds rebounded in April after reversing the negative performance at the end of the first quarter, with the Preqin All-Strategies Hedge Fund benchmark returning 0.91% last month and expanding its year-to-date returns to 1.1%, data provider Preqin said.

In its latest Hedge Funds Performance Update, Preqin said that all top-level strategies generated posit
