Steadfast Capital Markets Group and Alcentra, a BNY Mellon investment boutique, have launched the Steadfast Alcentra Global Credit Fund, an unlisted closed-end fund that seeks to capitalize on the growing opportunity to provide direct lending to middle-market companies in the United States and Western Europe.

Alcentra will act as the sub-adviser for the fu
