New York-based emerging manager Sententia Capital is opening its value strategy to outside investors. The firm is targeting $100 million in outside capital. The founders share class will be available without fees for the remainder of 2016.

Sententia is led by CIO Michael Zapata, a veteran who served nearly 10 years as a Navy SEAL from 2001 – 2010. He fou
