Warren Ashenmil, who was responsible for the commercial real estate portfolio at hedge fund Tricadia Capital, including CMBS and direct CRE debt and equity investments, left the firm in 2012 and founded Jerica Capital Management in New York. Before Tricardia, he had worked at Marathon Asset Management and other Wall Street firms, gathering
