Resource Holdings Ltd. is offering its shares to accredited investors with a minimum investment of $1 million. The capital is being raised to fund its wholly owned subsidiary, Resource Re Ltd., which has been licensed as a Class 3A insurer by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Resource Re is the first of what is expected to be many Participating Reinsurers tha
