Future Capital Partners (FCP), a London-based structured finance and alternative investment boutique managing GBP6bn (US$9.8bn), has appointed Trevor Castledine as its new COO.

Mr Castledine, a former managing director and head of financial products at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), has taken over responsibility for all of the firm's operations, organisational de
