The number of hedge fund launches are picking up and Miami-based Noctua Partners recently announced the launch of the Alto Global Fund, a global macro fund with a focus in emerging markets. Noctua, which has been investing the strategy through managed accounts for clients, will launch the fund in September, boosting the firm’s assets under manageme
