LAST WEEK: We suggested buying dips to 0.71940 in advance of a move up to 0.7416 playing out. Stops were to be set on a close below 0.7180.
UPDATE: AUDUSD still looks to us like it can pull back in the short-term. Key resistance that the bears must hold is 0.73281 and downside targets come in at 0.69907 and/or 0.68974.
We would short here with stops on a close above 0.73281 with stops on a close above 0.73396 and with a covering target at 0.69907. We would look to get long on an extended dip to 0.68974.
