In September, George Vazquez accepted an executive position in the Private Client Group and is responsible for distribution to individuals, RIAs and family offices. George has over 30 years' experience in the investment industry working at Natixis Investments and Fidelity Investments with a keen understanding and appreciation of convertible bonds. George received his BA from Tufts and an MBA from Columbia University. Howard Needle recently became part of the Portfolio Management Team and will help in portfolio management with a focus on the firm's private fund portfolio. He will also assist in marketing and distribution of the firm's varied products and services. Howard has over 30 years' experience managing substantial convertible bond portfolios at Bank of America, is well-versed in all aspects of convertible investing including convertible arbitrage, and has written various white papers on convertible securities. Howard received his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from UCLA.
