Job satisfaction is surprisingly high in the global wealth management sector, according to a new report from benchmarking research firm ComPeer, in association with WealthBriefing. Results from a recent online survey conducted on WealthBriefing indicate that 70 per cent of wealth managers around the world rate their job satisfaction as good, very good or excellent. You may be surprised at some of the other results the survey reveals! The survey’s participants were located throughout the world with 34 percent in UK and 22 per cent in Switzerland and the balance in the rest of the world.
