The ETF Directory

The Energy Hedge Fund Center offers an Excel-based directory of commodity-focused exchange traded instruments that are publicly available for the ordinary investor. Exchange traded instruments offer the ordinary investor (as well as hedge funds and banks and other firms trading commodities) exposure to commodities but with the liquidity of stocks and shares.

There are several different types of Exchange Traded Instruments available. Generally, exchange traded instruments reference a quoted equities index, quoted commodities index or invest in commodity futures to provide direct exposure. Additionally, investors can chose from exchange traded funds (ETF), exchange traded notes (ETN) or exchange traded commodities (ETC).

The directory lists details of those exchange traded instruments of which EHFC is aware and is constantly updated. It does not provide nor does it constitute investment advice of any type and is offered to purchasers on an ‘as is’ basis.
