From Bloomberg: U.K. house prices declined in March as the recession deepened and unemployment rose, Lloyds Banking Group Plc’s Halifax division said. Prices fell 1.9 percent from February to an average of 157,326 pounds ($232,000), the mortgage lender said today in a statement.
