From Businessspectator.com.au: The Australian nickel industry's share prices have collapsed within 12 months. In 2007 nickel was a market favourite, but the value of six large nickel miners has fallen 80% in six months. Industry spokespeople said in late October 2008 that the industry is very healthy but the external factors of global economy volatility have hit hard.
