10.04.2013 - C&W: Robust first quarter for London commercial property investment
The attractiveness of Central London commercial property as a safe haven for international investors was evidenced again in the first quarter of 2013, with a total of 2.75 billion (approx. 3.22 billion) deals transacted, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Of this total value of transactions, 71% was accounted for by acquisitions from overseas investors.
