London's commercial property market continued to boom in the first three months of the year but is becoming restrained because of a lack of both new and older buildings coming onto the market, a leading estate agent said. According to Cushman & Wakefield deals worth £2.75 billion took place in the first quarter of 2013, down from the £3.98 billion of deals in the final quarter of 2013.
