31.07.2008 - Sunshine 100 may postpone HK IPO
From Marketavenue.cn: Sunshine 100 Group, a Beijing-based Chinese developer, will probably postpone its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong due to the weak market conditions, sources cited Fan Xiaochong, vice-president of Sunshine 100, as saying. Earlier reports said Sunshine 100 planned to get listed in Hong Kong by the end of this year. Fan also noted the company is trying to expand its financing channels so as to amid China's credit-tightening measures. Sunshine 100 is also reportedly preparing to issue high yield debt overseas. Deutsche Bank AG and Credit Suisse are likely to be appointed to arrange the deal.
