Toronto home prices could fall 15% over the next three years, according to a report released by Toronto-Dominion economists Monday. Yet, Toronto is a hot spot with brisk activity in its housing market, according to the Royal Bank of Canada’s June Economic Outlook. Furthermore, the housing market in Canada is cooling according to the May housing starts released by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. So clarity on the future of the city’s real estate market is hard to come by, it seems.
