From Reuters: A court has upheld a decision by the market regulator to stop the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) from introducing new transaction fees, officials said. NCDEX had introduced a new set of trade transaction charges on Jan. 28, without permission from the commodity futures regulator FMC.
