European commercial property markets struggled in the final months of 2011 as weak economic growth expectations weighed on confidence and saw demand for property slump across much of the region, a survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors showed Monday. With the exception of Germany, European Union countries experienced negative rental, capital value and investment demand expectations for the first quarter of 2012.
