| The three-year decline in U.S. home values won’t abate for at least another year, according to a national survey of more than 100 economists, real estate experts and investment strategists.
Prices are forecast to continue to decline until the market’s bottom is reached in late 2012 or early 2013, economists in real estate marketplace Zillow’s Home Price Expectations Survey for December reported.
