The share of first-time buyers in the housing market has dwindled to its lowest point in nearly three years, estate agents have said, prompting calls for the Government to do more to lift the "lending barrier" preventing people getting onto the property ladder. The National Association of Estate Agents' (NAEA) market report for October found that 16% of overall sales last month went to first-time buyers, shrinking back from 22% in September.............................................Full Article: Source
