11.11.2011 - UK: Retailers at greater risk, says Land Securities chief
Land Securities, the UK's largest listed commercial property company, has warned there is an increased risk of retailers collapsing because of the uncertainty in the economy. The property company, which owns Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol, White Rose in Leeds and St David's in Cardiff, said the outlook was "challenging" for retail because of a "larger than anticipated" and inflation-driven fall in households' disposable income...............................................Full Article: Source
