Vietnam is hoping to attract more foreign investors into its property market in the coming years. The country is currently in a downturn and did not live up to the expectations placed on it a few years ago when it was seen by international real estate firms as an emerging market with a low-cost labour force. The growth of the real estate market in Vietnam was between 2005 and 2009.
