13.08.2009 - Rayan bank rated stable in Moody’s first
From Gulf-times.com: Masraf Al Rayan, which holds around 5% share in domestic banking assets and 25% in Shariah-compliant banking assets, has been rated for the first time by global credit rating agency Moody’s. Moody’s assigned ‘A3’ long-term and ‘Prime-2’ short-term local and foreign currency issuer ratings as well as a ‘D+’ bank financial strength rating (BFSR) to Rayan, which has become one of Qatar’s most successful Islamic lender since its operations in 2006, according to the rating agency............Full Article: Source
