Prices of residential property in Bulgaria's capital Sofia dropped by 10.1 per cent in the second quarter of 2011 compared with the same period of the previous year, according to an analysis by Raiffeisen Real Estate. On a quarterly basis, however, housing prices in Sofia increased by 3.6 per cent.
