Real estate investors in Vietnam have been forced to seek further financial assistance after commercial banks have restricted loans for developments. Those that do not find funding run the risk of discontinuing their developments, reported the VietnamNet Bridge. The Chuong Duong Company is currently in negotiation with foreign partners on the transfer of the Golden Land project in Thu Duc district in HCM City.
