| The first real estate investment trust to be listed on Mexico's stock exchange launched Thursday with an initial public offering that raised 3.62 billion pesos ($300 million). The trust, Fibra Uno, said in a press release that it sold 185.4 million certificates at 19.50 pesos ($1.61) each.
