From Capital-en.trend.az: The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has not yet allocated significant funds to construct the Georgian section of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway this year, SOFAZ Executive Director Shahmar Movsumov said.
