| From Bloomberg: Property prices in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius rose a preliminary 5.7 percent in the fourth quarter from the previous three months on increasing demand, the registry office said. Outside of Vilnius, real-estate prices increased 2.4 percent, the office said in an e-mailed statement today.
