03.12.2010 - US: Home prices grow at slowest pace in 10 years
From Marketwatch.com: Home-price appreciation weakened to its slowest pace in more than 10 years in the 12 months ending in November, MacroMarkets and Standard & Poor's reported. Home prices fell in 17 of 20 cities in November compared with October. The S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index for 10 major metro areas fell 0.4% in November compared with October, bringing the year-on-year price gain down to 1.3%.
