From UKPA: The housing market contracted during October following a fall in both potential buyers and sellers, estate agents have said. The number of buyers registering with estate agents fell for the third month in a row, dropping by 12% to an average of 218 - the lowest level since December 2008, when house prices were falling. At the same time, the number of people putting their home on the market dropped for the first time since June, leaving estate agents with 7% fewer properties on their books at an average of just 67, according to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)..............................................Full Article: Source
