| From Energyrisk.com: Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has announced that ICE Clear US will clear sugar, coffee and cocoa swap contracts on ICE Futures US from late January 2009.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) approved its September 2007 application to clear swaps in these products on 12 December 2008. The three new cleared contracts will be the first such contracts offered by the exchange and are specifically designed to target the needs of over-the-counter (OTC) market participants.....
